In this precious collection, each model was outfitted with a poodle-style black pouf atop her head, and dressed in shades of Dr. Suess, albeit far more chic, combined with the looks of classic tea dressed, crisp A-line lady coats and ribbed turtlenecks worn over mermaid-silhuette faille skirts, all in candy-sweet shades of mint, tangerine and bubblegum pink. Evening gowns shimmering with pearls, sequins or a combination of the two were definite showstoppers, and shorter day dresses bore exaggerate bows.
But that's not even the best part. The main attraction at Mizrahi's show? Several models hit the runway heeled by pom-pom-trimmed poodles, each dyed to match its handler's ensemble. And to sweeten the deal, dapper guys carrying sparkling tiered caked circled the catwalk too!
While it may not be the most wearable and practical collection, it sure is fun to watch, so without further ado, the collection!
While it may not be one of the most best collections to hit the runway, it is definitely one of the most colourful and exciting ones, and I fell in love with the beautiful bright colours in this collection, and some of the designs were simply stunning!
